The origins of the Fuzz lie around the MKIV Bender from the late 60s, early 70s. It is a germanium transistor based circuit and is the most versatile of our line up. This pedal has been loaded with a N.O.S. Mullard transistor that have been selected and tested for gain and leakage. The circuit has been biased to perfection. This pedal can go from big thick smooth fuzz tones on over to super bright ice pick to the forehead tones. You can go from gritty fuzz to smooth fuzz depending on how you set the controls. It really covers everything from 60s to modern fuzz tones with ease.

Hand-built using high quality components and with a high attention to detail. They come loaded with longlife pots, a heavy duty switch, Neutrik Jacks, metal film resistors,  Vishay capacitors and other high quality components.

CONTROLS

VOLUME – Controls the overall volume of the pedal.
SUSTAIN – Controls the intensity of the fuzz effect.
TREBLE BASS – Controls the tone of the pedal.

POWER

A standard 9 volt DC regulated power supply with a 2.1mm negative tip barrel plug or a 9 volt PP3 battery. If you intend on sharing the same powers supply with other pedals, please ensure it is one with isolated outputs.
