Double Reussen Shielding
The better road to travel for all line-level signals. Whether the journey is a few feet or 100 meters, Lincoln I-90 E-Z PASS cable assemblies will transport your audio cleanly and clearly, with none of the mid-range congestion and high-end hype that turn other audio paths into dead ends for sonic neutrality and detail.
You will hear the difference in your most critical applications, including those all-important runs from your mixed output to powered (active) monitor speakers. Put these to the test against your favorite brand and let your ears be the judge.
Lincoln I-90 E-Z Pass assemblies are made with select runs of Gotham’s GAC-4/1 microphone and interconnect cable. These offer a highly advanced combination of features: a flexible PVC-jacket, low capacitance PE insulation, “Double Reussen Shielding” and quad (4-conductor) construction. The conductors are crafted with the 96 strand design that Gotham and Neumann pioneered in the 1970’s.
Gotham’s Double Reussen Shielding is renowned for its effective protection against RF interference while the “starquad” construction provides added protection against electromagnetic interference. Double Shielding + Ultrafine Stranding + Low Capacitance makes this an exceptional product, widely acclaimed by both recording engineers and audiophiles, who frequently compare GAC-4/1 assemblies to cables costing 10 times as much.
Lincoln I-90 E-Z Pass cable assemblies are terminated with Switchcraft AAA3BAUZ black shell, gold pin xlr’s. Their rugged die- cast metal handles and dual point shell grounding provide maximum protection against RFI.
All Lincoln Heritage Series cable assemblies are fabricated in Illinois, USA, the “Land of Lincoln.”
I've tried all kinds of balanced / XLR cables: Canare, Mogami, etc. The Gotham brand cables have the best sound quality (period). And THE SOUND PARCEL knows how to build solid quality cables, have excellent pricing, and deliver the goods promptly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
