Customer Survey Terms and Conditions

Customers that purchased or rented a product from The Sound Parcel are eligible to win a $100 Gift Card to The Sound Parcel upon completion of the Customer Survey / Questionnaire.
Limit 1 raffle entry per customer.
Customer must also provide the same email address in the Customer Survey / Google Form that the survey offer was sent to in order to be eligible for the raffle.
Survey closes at 11:59 PM EST on Sunday 2/24/2019.
The winner of the raffle will be notified by email on Monday 2/25/2019.
The Gift Card's value is $100.00 U.S.D. It may only be redeemed at The Sound Parcel.
Gift Card expires 12/31/2019.
The Sound Parcel will not sell this data. The results of the survey are for internal use only for research and analysis to provide you with a better customer experience in the future.
