The Sound Parcel presents Hungry Robot Pedals El Castillo Arpeggiating Reverb.

El Castillo is an arpeggiating reverb. Inside the feedback loop there is a pitch up/down section of circuit that creates a very unique stair-step effect... changing the pitch higher and/or lower with each successive trip through the feedback loop.
