Manufacturer warranty is available on new gear for which The Sound Parcel is an authorized reseller. Much of the gear in our purchase store is vintage or used and a manufacturer warranty is not available on these items.
USED, VINTAGE, AND USED Gear includes a 30 day warranty provided by The Sound Parcel. In the event that the gear does not work on arrival, please email us immediately.
If both parties conclude that the gear is not functioning correctly, we will have you ship the item back to us and we will ship you a replacement if one is available.
If a replacement is not available, we will either reimburse the full amount or grant store credit. Wear and tear or abuse is not covered by this 30 day warranty period.

If a request is received after the original order is shipped, customer will pay outbound shipping on any packaging (boxes, manuals, etc.) requested.
All the accessories that come with VINTAGE AND USED Gear will be included in the listing.
